Chess Score Pad is a convenient and accurate electronic scoresheet that is ideal for chess players looking for an affordable solution. Its user-friendly design ensures that players can focus on their game without any distractions.
When it comes to tournament games and game analysis, keeping a score sheet is essential. Paper scoresheets can be distracting and prone to errors, requiring manual transfer into a chess game database. With Chess Score Pad, this cumbersome process is eliminated. Players can simply drag or tap the pieces to record moves, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. After the game, the PGN file can be easily shared and imported into a chess game database for analysis and review.

 <li>The game PGN can be shared using standard iOS Sharing, including AirDrop, Message, Mail, Notes, Clipboard, Save to Files, and direct import to apps that accept PGN (such as HIARCS).</li>
 <li>A universal app available for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad at a competitive price.</li>
 <li>Quick and easy setup:

 <li>Start entering moves without needing to input any information about the game.</li>
 <li>The "Next Game of Event" feature automatically copies the event name and increments the round number.</li>
 <li>Your opponent's name is the only information required, with your own name automatically entered.</li>
 <li>Frequent opponents can be selected from your contacts.</li>
 <li>Pieces are automatically placed at the bottom of the screen for convenient access.</li>

 <li>All moves are automatically saved in order to prevent data loss. There is no need to manually save the moves.</li>
 <li>Move entry can be done via dragging or tapping the pieces, providing flexible options for input.</li>
 <li>Effortless move correction for accuracy.</li>
 <li>Move review is simplified with single move buttons, a live position slider, and swipe gestures to quickly navigate important positions.</li>
 <li>iPad users can display notation while entering moves.</li>
 <li>Options available for checking legal moves and positions.</li>
 <li>Brightness adjustments can be made from the board view using swipe gestures.</li>
 <li>AirPrint functionality allows for printing of scoresheets with position diagrams.</li>
 <li>The option to include the time spent on each move in the scoresheet or PGN file is available.</li>
 <li>Localization is provided in English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Russian, and Spanish.</li>
 <li>Options for long (e.g., Ng1-e2) or short (e.g., Nge2) notation.</li>
 <li>Figurine algebraic notation or standard algebraic notation (e.g., Nf3) can be selected.</li>
